How to request business account deletion

If you wish to delete your Salonior business account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@salonior.com with the subject line “Business Account Deletion Request”.
2. Include your business name and the email address associated with your account.
3. Provide your business ID (if available).
4. State your reason for account deletion (optional).
5. Our support team will process your request within 5 business days.
6. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Data deletion information

Data that will be deleted:

• Your business profile and account information
• Your personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Business settings and configurations
• Service catalog and pricing information
• Staff profiles and schedules
• Payment information

Data that may be retained:

• Transaction records (as required by financial regulations)
• Appointment history (anonymized)
• Data required to comply with legal obligations
• Aggregate usage statistics (non-identifiable)

Retention period:

Most of your business data will be deleted within 30 days of your request. However, certain data may be retained for up to 180 days to comply with legal requirements and to prevent fraud.

Important notes

• Once deleted, your business account cannot be recovered.
• Any outstanding payments or subscriptions should be settled before account deletion.
• You may want to export your business data before requesting deletion.
