Yes. There is no Basic/Pro ladder — every feature listed here is in every plan, including reporting, inventory, marketing and multi-location.
No. The Signature plan is one flat yearly price per location with unlimited staff, so hiring never changes your bill. Extra locations are a flat yearly rate each.
Payments run through your own Razorpay account at their published rates, and Salonior adds nothing on top. Onboarding and data import are included.
