Every rupee a marketplace takes as commission is margin you earned and gave away. The alternative is simple: connect your own payment gateway so money flows straight to your account at your own rates, and the software takes 0% of it. Here is how to set that up.
Why 0% commission matters more than it sounds
A 15–20% cut on new-client bookings sounds like a marketing cost until you do the maths over a year. On a busy salon that is often more than the entire cost of your software — several times over. Owning your payments turns that leak into profit and, just as importantly, keeps the client relationship yours rather than the marketplace’s.
Connect your own gateway
In Integrations, connect your own Razorpay account. Payments then settle directly to your bank at your negotiated rates — Salonior never sits between you and your money, and never takes a percentage.

Enable your payment methods
Under Settings → Payment Method, switch on the ways you want to get paid — UPI, cards, cash, and wallet. Enable exactly what your clients use so checkout is one tap, not a fumble.

Take payment at checkout
At the point of sale, add the client’s services and any retail, then take payment by your chosen method. UPI and card payments through your gateway are reconciled against the sale automatically, so your books match your bank.

Reduce no-shows with online deposits
Because you control payments, you can require a deposit at booking for high-value services — the most reliable no-show deterrent. Set this up when you configure your booking page.

Own your booking page, own your clients, own your payments. That is the whole game.
